What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit Cards – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

COD – cash on delivery is available in most locations. We accept money orders and certified checks.

Prepayment – you can send a personal check in advance. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.

 

Where does Alkinco^® hair come from?

Hair is collected from many regions around the globe. Its brought to NYC and prepared in-house to meet the Alkinco^® trademark of quality and performance. 

 

How much hair do I need?

On average, it takes 8 oz. for a full head. This does vary depending on the length of the hair as well as the thickness of your natural hair. We recommended that you confirm with your stylist before making your purchase.

 

What color should I choose?

When choosing a color to match your own hair, choose a color that matches your hair from the middle to the ends. The color that is closer to your scalp is always darker. Color rings are available for purchase. You can also send us a sample of your natural color and we can sample match it for you.

 

Will anybody know that I am wearing an extension?

Generally not. Alkinco^® hair has a natural look and a natural feel. Make sure that you choose the right color and curl pattern to match your natural hair. After an expert hair stylist applies the extension, the hair should look like its growing off your head.

 

Can I brush and blow-dry the hair?

Absolutely. Alkinco^®  hair is 100% human. You can treat it like you would your natural hair. Be gentle.
